Job Description
  • As a sales-enabler - develop solution artifacts, value proposition with a representation of end-to-end business processes and map them back to client requirements.
  • Take ownership of designing sales campaign with target identification, profiling, identifying key contacts, suggest customised pitch for different types of clients.
  • Support the team in bid management, creation and management of collateral, demo and other pre-sales activities.
  • Work closely with delivery teams to sharpen service offering and construct the value proposition for the related offering set.
  • Respond to specific opportunities from the sales teams – assist in preparing client pitch, identify client’s pain points, assist in drafting a compelling solution proposal with pricing and other aspects addressing client-specific requirements.
  • Take complete responsibility as well as accountability for various solution assignments including RFI, RFP, RFQ, etc.
  • Work closely with SGA’s marketing team to identify topics related to a broad range of marketing collateral including whitepapers, blogs, webinars etc.
  • Keep a close watch on the sales and opportunities pipeline, maintain the tracker and report to senior management as required.
  • Maintain high level of awareness across key trends within target sectors and across the competitive landscape within which SGA operates.
Job Requirement
  • Excellent understanding of capital markets, in specific Investment Banking.
  • Ability to articulate and translate unstructured requirements to business cases.
  • Expert in identifying new business areas for growth opportunities.
  • Expert in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders across the organization.
  • Experience in filling comprehensive RFPs.
  • Adept at supporting sales campaigns through insights in pitches, decks, etc.
