Job Description
  • Execute research methodologies and create research primary survey design and/or qualitative design and questions.
  • Identify   and analyze key data trends and insights - data behind the data analysis.
  • Project Scoping – Should have   extensive knowledge on Primary research that helps in project scoping.
  • Enable comprehensive comparative and segment-specific benchmarking of annual and YOY primary survey and qualitative data.
  • Should be excellent in team management.
  • Should have experience in  Market research (Primarily CAWI, Knowledge of other methodologies such as CATI, face 2 face would be an added advantage).
  • Should have good Excel Skill  for working on data delivery and day to day reporting.
  • Should have experience on reading the data file in Excel for cleaning, logic check.
  • Excellent Verbal & written communication is must.
  • At least 3-4 years of Market research and team management experience.
  • Managing the overall project delivery.
  • Ensuring daily admin   reporting/project updates both internal and external.
  • Team level escalation and   resolution management.
  • Kick off calls and closure calls.
  • Drive/achieve the defined productivity and quality targets from the team allocated on these projects.
  • Maintain quality compliance.
  • Improve on eye for detail and out of box thinking.
  • Take self-initiatives to help/support team members by offering suggestions to improve productivity, quality, process and save time and costs.
  • Maintain call logs and performance indicators for team members.
  • Ensure strong quality control and research process compliance at all times.
  • Research industry and some technology background are ideal. Candidate should be well-versed in different data delivery methods, project management (Online and CATI), MS suite, SPSS etc. Ideal candidate should possess an advanced degree and a minimum of 6-8 years of industry experience with at least 3-4 years in project management.
