Assistant Manager - SEO

Job Description
  • Develop plans and strategize SEO activities for all company owned service and product websites to increase organic traffic and reach across geographies including APAC, EMEA, North American regions.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and presentations for all the SEO efforts by analyzing the data and insights.
  • Prepare SEO strategies to meet quarterly and yearly SEO traffic targets and revenue goals.
  • Reviewing technical SEO issues and working closely with web developers to get issues fixed.
  • Optimize website content, SEO parameters (keywords, meta data, internal links, canonicals, etc.) and user journey.
  • Strong Awareness About Google Algorithm Updates, Work with the Development Team to Ensure SEO Best Practices are regularly updated on the website.
  • Conduct Competition Analysis, Prepare Reports on New Findings and Share recommendation for improving the website traffic.
  • Direct off-page optimisation.
  • Strong understanding of earned media platforms and experience in SEO and content marketing.
  • Performing periodic technical audits of all company websites making short- and long-term technical SEO strategy recommendations in terms of (page load, Mobile friendly UI/UX), page speed, CWV (core web vitals) etc.,
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity.
Job Requirement
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in SEO.
  • Understanding of marketing channels, funnel, and customer journey on a website.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics/GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Data Studio.
  • Experience with site audit tools such as SEMRush, Screaming Frog, GTMatrix, Pingdom, etc.
  • Ability to manage small teams and collaborate with multiple stakeholders and vendors.
  • Strong communication skills, reporting and presentation skills.
  • Well versed with MS office tools.
  • Strong analytical ability and should be capable of generation insights and recommendation based on data.
  • Knowledge of UTM codes and tracking, event tracking, conversion tracking, triggers, and remarketing tags.
  • Experience in Hubspot will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP will be a plus.
