Job Description

· Website management and maintenance, updating content on regular basis, identifying functionality issues, and resolving the issues with the web development team
· Organizing and structuring social media and search ad campaigns while driving leads to the website
· Planning, strategizing, and executing social media paid ads, collaborating with agencies, and driving results
· Identifying key metrics and creating reports based on the data from the paid ad campaigns
· Managing and updating social media platform while working closely with the brand and design team
· Delivering insights and recommendation based on results and reports from all social media and website data
· Driving traffic on company website and developing content strategy and ideas for social media and website
· Optimizing user journey on website by enhancing UX/UI regularly, providing support
· Executing end-to-end email marketing campaigns using HubSpot and Mailchimp
· Assisting and managing SEO activities with the SEO team, including on-page and off-page SEO
· Working closely with design team to deliver assets for requirements based on marketing campaigns
· Assisting in carrying out marketing activities while collaborating with different business units and teams, and overseeing all digital marketing efforts

Job Requirement
· In-depth Knowledge of marketing related best practices, marketing KPIs, industry standard benchmarks, marketing funnel, customer rate optimization, GAP analysis and understanding of the digital marketing world
· Mandatory to have experience of HubSpot, Google Analytics/GA4, Google Tag Manager, WordPress or any other CMS, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Mailchimp, social media management and paid ads, Google search ads, off-page SEO
· Highly experienced with LinkedIn ads and Google search ads
· Knowledge of Canva, Vimeo, YouTube, off-page SEO, UX/UI, web management, website testing, reporting, presentation skills
· Good to have knowledge of HTML, PHP, CSS, website development but not mandatory
· Highly collaborative and know how to manage multiple stakeholders, vendors, and agencies
· Excellent communication both written and verbal, great team player and organized
· Ability to work individually and solve problems
· 3-4 years of experience in the field of digital marketing, social media marketing, email marketing and reporting
· MBA/PGDM with a good grasp of marketing terminologies, metrics, and funnel design
· Ability to take responsibility of multiple projects and tasks individually
· Go-getter attitude and willingness to deliver results within the assigned time frame
· Budget planning, understanding of customer journey and lead conversions
