Job Description
We need a strong business analyst who can work independently and manage a small team of people. They need to have a background working in financial domain, and ideally a background in data management.
Requirements
- Experience leading teams of Business Analysts/ Data Analysts.
- Experience of working as a Business Analyst for a product.
- Experience in leading the solution designing and discussions.
- Experience with SQL, analysing large data sets, API's.
- Experience in understanding ETL workflows and coming up with BRD's and FRDs
Job Requirement
- 4 - 7 years of experience working as a business analyst within the Financial Sector (ideally into Banking)
- Understanding of risk, finance and banking processes.
- Ability to understand business processes, analyse as-is processes, develop new to-be processes in order to drive operational efficiency. Read and intepret data models, ETL processes, strong Data Analysis is a must
- Strong relationship management skills, consultative skills and client-facing experience.
- Work independently on small to large and complex projects without the need for supervision.
- Provide honest assessment to stakeholders of the expected delivery date of the problem resolution to ensure consistency with their expectations.
